CustomerVision Embeds frevvo Live Forms to help customers easily create Web 2.0 Forms

Live Forms will enables business users to easily capture and view information without ever leaving CustomerVision.

BRANFORD, Conn. – May 1, 2009 – frevvo, empowering businesses to create rich, dynamic Internet applications, today announced a strategic agreement with CustomerVision Inc., the leading Web 2.0 Social Networking and Knowledge Management company for business to integrate frevvo’s Live Forms software with CustomerVision’s Enterprise 2.0 solution.

Customers are increasingly adopting Enterprise Wikis and other Web 2.0 technologies in the business for building and hosting business applications. Web forms for collecting data are extremely common for applications such as time sheet management, event registration and tracking, expense reports, human resources support etc.

IT departments deploying CustomerVision often find the need to create “ad hoc” forms for short-lived applications and to provide business users with access to the resulting data. The IT department must then build these forms by hand, deploy them to CustomerVision, and manage form submissions even for simple applications like registering for a corporate event.

Using Live Forms, CustomerVision will now be able to provide customers with 100 percent browser-based software for form creation and processing. Business users – not just developers – will be able to easily create and deploy powerful forms, collect data and view submissions without ever leaving CustomerVision. Live Forms’ built-in business capabilities ensure that even the most complex business forms can be quickly and easily created using nothing but a web browser.

According to Cindy Rockwell, CEO of CustomerVision Inc., “CustomerVision has chosen to partner with frevvo Inc. as a means to take current forms functionality and work processing for organizations to the next level. We believe the integration and ease of use of frevvo forms will complement CustomerVision to quickly meet the Web 2.0 needs of our clients for capture of standardized data, while providing additional market opportunity.”

According to Ashish Deshpande, CEO of frevvo, Inc., “Forms are a pervasive aspect of business applications on corporate networks. We are delighted that CustomerVision has chosen frevvo’s Live Forms software to provide an improved customer experience and positive ROI.”
